AdvCoupon (“AdvCoupon”, “we”, “us”) is a coupon, deals and cashback website at www.advcoupon.com. We collect offers from partner stores and affiliate networks and link you to the store so you can shop there. We are not a retailer: we do not sell, ship, price or service any product, and we are not a party to your purchase.

You must be at least 16 years old, or have a parent or guardian’s permission, to create an account. Browsing coupons and deals does not require one. An account lets you track cashback, save price alerts and receive notifications.

You can sign up with an email and password, or sign in with Google, Facebook or LinkedIn. Give us accurate details, keep your login private, and tell us at hello@advcoupon.com if you think someone else has accessed your account. You are responsible for activity under your account. One person may hold one account.

• Offers, codes, prices and expiry dates come from stores and affiliate networks and can change, sell out or end at any time, often without notice.
• “Verified” means we or the store confirmed the offer at some point. It is not a promise that the code will work for your cart, your country or your account.
• Many codes have conditions such as a minimum order, specific products, new customers only, or one use per customer. The store’s own terms always decide whether a code applies.
• Prices shown on deal pages are the price we last received from the store. The price at checkout is the one that counts. Please check it before you pay.
• We may be wrong. If an offer is expired or incorrect, you can tell us through the contact page and we will fix or remove it.

When you click “Use Coupon”, “Get This Deal” or “Visit Store”, you leave AdvCoupon for the store’s own website. Your purchase, payment, delivery, returns, warranty and customer service are governed by that store’s terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for the store’s products, content, availability or conduct, and any complaint about an order must be raised with the store.

Most outbound links are affiliate links, and we may earn a commission on qualifying purchases at no extra cost to you. Read our Affiliate Disclosure for details.

Where a store offers cashback, the rate is shown on the store, coupon or deal page as “up to” a percentage. The following applies to all cashback:

• How it is tracked. Cashback is tracked when you reach the store through an AdvCoupon link while signed in, and the store or its network reports the purchase back to us. Purchases that are not reported to us cannot earn cashback.
• Statuses. A tracked purchase appears under “My Cashback” in your account as pending until the store confirms it, then confirmed. It becomes reversed if the order is cancelled, returned, refunded, or the store declines the commission. We will notify you when a status changes.
• Rates can differ. The final rate depends on what the store pays us, the product category, your country and the order. Some products, gift cards, taxes, shipping and orders paid for with store credit may be excluded.
• Things that stop tracking. Opening the store through another cashback, coupon or price-comparison site, clicking another affiliate link, using a browser or extension that blocks cookies or redirects, or placing the order in an app or on a different device can prevent tracking. We cannot add cashback for a purchase that was not tracked.
• Payouts. Cashback becomes payable only once it is confirmed. Any minimum balance, payout methods and timing will be shown in your account at the time they are offered. Cashback has no cash value until it is paid, and we may update these arrangements by giving notice on the site.
• Fraud. We may withhold, reverse or cancel cashback, and close an account, where we reasonably suspect fake clicks, self-referral abuse, duplicate accounts, chargebacks or other misuse (see section 8).

Signed-in users can set a target price on a deal and receive an in-site notification (and, where enabled, an email) when the price we have recorded reaches it. Alerts depend on the data we receive from stores, may be delayed, and are not a guarantee that a price is available. You can delete an alert at any time.

You may vote on whether a coupon worked and report codes that are expired, invalid or not working. Do not submit false, abusive or spam reports. We may use reports to review, hide or remove offers.

You agree not to:

• generate fake or automated clicks, orders or conversions, or otherwise manipulate cashback or commission tracking;
• create multiple accounts, or use someone else’s account, to claim extra benefits;
• scrape, copy, crawl or republish our offers or data at scale without written permission (normal search-engine indexing is fine);
• attempt to break, overload or probe the site or its security, or interfere with other users;
• use the site for anything unlawful or in a way that infringes others’ rights.

We may suspend or close accounts, remove content, or withhold cashback if these rules are broken.

The AdvCoupon name, logo, design and the way our content is selected and arranged belong to us. Store names, logos and product images belong to their owners and are shown to identify offers. You may view and share links to our pages for personal, non-commercial use. Nothing here gives you any other right to our brand or content.

Our pages link to stores and other websites that we do not control. We do not endorse them and are not responsible for their content, security or practices. Use them at your own risk and read their terms.

AdvCoupon is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we do not promise that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any coupon, deal, price, savings amount or cashback rate will be accurate, current or available to you.

To the fullest extent the law allows, AdvCoupon and the people who run it are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, lost profits, or loss arising from a purchase you make from a store, a code that does not work, or untracked cashback. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the cashback actually owed to you for the transaction in question. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer-protection law that cannot be waived, or liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

You can stop using AdvCoupon and ask us to delete your account at any time by emailing hello@advcoupon.com. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. Cashback that is pending when an account is closed for misuse may be forfeited. What happens to your data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms as the site changes or the law requires. The “last updated” date above shows the current version. If a change is significant we will say so on the site or by email. Continuing to use AdvCoupon after a change means you accept it.

These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Affiliate Disclosure, are the whole agreement between you and AdvCoupon for use of the site. If a part of them is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. Not enforcing a term is not a waiver of it. They are governed by the laws that apply where AdvCoupon’s operator is established, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
